Kabaab

1 kg mince
1 onion grated (squeezed)
1 Tablespoon half ground dhana
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ginger & garlic (combined)
1 teaspoon ground green chillies
1 teaspoon red chillies
½ cup sour milk
Mix and then add
1 cup mealie meal
1 cup flour

Mealie Lagan

1 cup methi baaghie – cut up finely
¾ tin corn

Liquidize the following:
+_ 4 green chilies
½ cup milk
½ cup oil

2 medium onions grated
½ channa flour
½ cup mealie meal
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon salt
¼ - ½ teaspoon dhanna/jeero
2 ½ teaspoons baking powder

Make dough. Put in greased pan. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes

Tuna Tart

Soak 2 slices bread in 1 cup milk
Add the following to the above:
1 tin tuna
1 medium grated/finely chopped onion
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 eggs beaten

Mix well
Put in dish that has been oiled/greased
Beat 2 eggs and 2 tablespoon mayonnaise and pour over
sprinkle mixed herbs/paprika on top
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F)
